Terms of service
Effective date: August 7, 2026. These terms govern your use of ResoTweak, the ResoTweak desktop application, and related account services.
Using ResoTweak
You may use ResoTweak only in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and your active license. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.
License and subscriptions
A ResoTweak subscription grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software while your subscription remains active. License keys may not be shared, resold, or used to bypass device limits. We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or material violations of these terms.
System and display changes
ResoTweak may offer display, colour, resolution, and optimization settings. You are responsible for reviewing every setting before applying it. Display changes may affect colour accuracy, HDR behavior, accessibility tools, recordings, other applications, or game anti-cheat compatibility. Use saved profiles and restore options before making significant changes.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, tamper with, or attempt to bypass licensing or security controls except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not use ResoTweak to interfere with systems, networks, games, or other users.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to violate a game, platform, or hardware provider’s terms.
Availability and liability
ResoTweak is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every setting is suitable for every device, display, driver, game, or environment. Back up important data and test changes carefully.
Changes and contact
We may update ResoTweak or these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms. For questions, use Contact support.
These terms are a product template and need review by a qualified lawyer before commercial launch. They are not legal advice.
