Information we process

We process account information such as your email address, display name, password hash, subscription and license status. For licensing and abuse prevention, ResoTweak may also process a pseudonymous device identifier, device label, sign-in/session metadata, and security events. Support requests and feedback are stored when you submit them.

Why we use it

• Provide account access, license activation, and subscription features.
• Protect accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce device limits.
• Respond to support requests and improve the software.
• Send essential account and security communications.

Colour and display settings

Display profiles you save are treated as account or application settings. ResoTweak does not collect game content, screenshots, or gameplay solely to provide visual controls.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate ResoTweak, when required by law, or to protect ResoTweak and its users. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, legitimate security needs, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can update your profile and email preferences in Account. You can end active sessions from the Security tab. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact support. We may retain limited information where necessary for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
